Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of technical professionals in developing, testing, and maintaining software systems that support our business operations.
- Collaborate with our IT department to identify and address system defects, implement enhancements, and ensure that all software changes are smooth, efficient, and designed with the user in mind.
- Engage with multiple departments, including IT, Underwriting, and Claims, to ensure that the technical side of things supports business goals and drives innovation company-wide.
- Help shape learning and training initiatives to ensure that everyone stays at the top of their game and contributes to the growth of both their team and the organization as a whole.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Detail-oriented problem solver with excellent communication and analytical skills.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Experience or certifications in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise) and a background in the insurance industry is a plus.
