The Partner Enablement Manager will play a crucial role in equipping our Referral and Reseller partners with the necessary training, tools, and resources to effectively market, implement, and support our software solutions. This position requires close collaboration with Phocas partner alliance sales managers, partner and field marketing, as well as customer teams to boost partner-sourced sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

By designing and executing robust enablement programs and nurturing strong relationships, you will ensure our partners are well-prepared to deliver outstanding value to their clients, fostering mutual growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to create comprehensive and impactful onboarding plans for Activation, Training, Product Enablement, and Sales.
  • Develop a centralized resource hub for go-to-market strategies for partners to utilize.
  • Gather feedback and refine future workflows to enhance efficiency in partner enablement.
  • Organize and facilitate ongoing partner workshops focused on best practices, product updates, and market insights.
  • Provide regular updates on program performance and partner engagement metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a related role within a B2B SaaS or cloud-based organization.
  • Strong knowledge of software sales cycles, partner ecosystems, and channel management.
  • Demonstrated success in go-to-market partner enablement with a track record of developing and delivering effective training and enablement programs.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Data-driven approach with the capability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
  • A growth mindset, along with proven project management and prioritization skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is based on experience, with a fully qualified candidate expecting a total compensation between $130,000 and $150,000.
