Position Summary:
The Location Manager plays a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that both front and back-office functions run seamlessly. This position is vital for maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategies to enhance operational efficiency, elevate patient satisfaction, and increase profitability.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align departmental objectives with the overarching goals of the organization.
  • Ensure the clinic is well-stocked and that resources are adequately supplied, maintaining a pristine environment.
  • Work closely with Human Resources to recruit, train, and assess staff, ensuring optimal team performance.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in managing staff schedules, approving time-off requests, and overseeing time clock entries.
  • Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between Physicians, Administrators, and the Patient Care team, providing updates on key metrics such as revenue and staffing.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in business management and administrative roles within the medical sector, ideally in Plastic Surgery or Aesthetics.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • A background in sales and customer service is essential.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
