Job Title: Technical Specialist - Expert Epic Training Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist - Expert Epic Training Manager to join our team at HighCloud Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the planning and implementation of an EHR implementation project for DSOHF.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate training policies and procedures across the organization.
  • Coordinate role analysis and all classroom and equipment aspects of Epic led virtual training.
Classroom Administration and Planning:
  • Manage WSUL onboarding and engagement and oversee day-in-the-life activities.
  • Develop processes for staff providers and managers to escalate questions and concerns about Epic class assignments and registration.
  • Provide Epic with the appropriate data to import trainee information into the Epic Training Platform.
  • Communicate training registration and completion data from Epic to operational and project leadership.
  • Ensure all staff have appropriate Epic training tracks assigned and are registered for Epic classes.
  • Secure training rooms, workstations, printers, projectors, screens, barcode scanners, and other equipment needed for virtual Epic led training and any operationally led DILs that require a computer lab.
End User Engagement and Change Management:
  • Set training requirements for end-user system access and get buy-in on this decision from project and operational leadership.
  • Communicate with WSULs throughout the project to ensure that they are staying engaged and are prepared to support end-user training and readiness.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in managing WSUL onboarding and engagement and overseeing day-in-the-life activities.
  • 5 years of experience in developing processes for staff providers and managers to escalate questions and concerns about Epic class assignments and registration.
  • 5 years of experience in communicating training registration and completion data from Epic to operational and project leadership.
  • 5 years of experience in ensuring all staff have appropriate Epic training tracks assigned and are registered for Epic classes.
  • 5 years of experience in setting training requirements for end-user system access and getting buy-in on this decision from project and operational leadership.
