Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Epic Principal Trainer to join our team at HighCloud Solutions. As an Epic Principal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training content to healthcare professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use Epic applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Development: Design and develop role-based training content, instructional materials, and policy and procedure documentation.
  • Training Delivery: Present information verbally and in writing, and facilitate classroom instruction to healthcare professionals.
  • Training Support: Provide support and troubleshooting issues related to training environments and Epic applications.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer participant questions.
  • Expertise: Serve as an expert educator to state staff, training and credentialing additional classroom trainers as needed, and managing application assignments.

Requirements:

  • Epic Principal Trainer Experience: 3 years of experience as an Epic Principal Trainer, with certifications in TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes and TED300 Training Environment Build.
  • Communication Skills: Develop presentations and present in a clear and interesting manner, commanding the audience's attention and handling questions and challenges.
