About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Epic Systems Analyst to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a key member of our healthcare IT team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our Epic software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective support to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Application Development: Collaborate with our development team to design, configure, and test applications that meet the business needs of our clients.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your programming skills to develop solutions to day-to-day problems, including maintenance, modification, or development of complex inter-related applications.
  • Hardware and Software Evaluation: Assess hardware availability and software requirements to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues that arise in the application, working closely with our development team to implement fixes and improvements.
  • Workflow Design: Collaborate with our clients to design and implement workflows that meet their business needs, ensuring seamless integration with our Epic software solutions.
  • Change Management: Identify and implement requested changes to the system, working closely with our clients to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between our clients' workflow needs and our Epic implementation staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain regular communication with our clients, Epic representatives, and internal stakeholders, including participating in weekly project team meetings.
  • Operational Understanding: Develop an in-depth understanding of our clients' operational needs, attending site visits and integrated sessions to ensure a deep understanding of their business requirements.
  • Project Oversight: Review the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with our leadership team, ensuring timely resolution and effective project management.
  • Team Collaboration: Hold regular meetings with our team members to discuss the status of deliverables, shared issues, client concerns, budget, and upcoming milestones.
