As a Senior Release Manager at Nisum, you will be responsible for building and managing various IT application release and production schedules. You will lead merge strategies and align cross-channel projects, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage release schedules and deployment plans to manage and implement releases.
  • Coordinate with project/application teams and TDS to ensure 3rd party integrations are configured and tested according to project/release schedules.
  • Work with Engineering and QA to define upcoming environment requirements and specifications.
  • Determine and coordinate data requirements and dependencies for upcoming projects.
  • Work with Engineering and Project Management to define interdependencies in deployment plans.
  • Define and enforce entry criteria for Production, acting as a gate.

Requirements:

  • Experience in exercising strong judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Must have experience in defining useful metrics and targets for the domain.
  • Strong experience in measurably improving processes and best practices to achieve goals.
  • Must have formed, motivated, and led high-performance cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in building effective partnerships with and between developers, architects, QA teams, and product managers.
