The University of Wyoming is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Support Assistant. This role will provide vital support to our student-athletes and academic staff, ensuring their academic success and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with front desk monitoring and provide administrative support to the Office of Academic Support.
- Work directly with student-athletes during team study hall periods, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
- Collaborate with Academic Coordinators to develop and implement academic support plans for student-athletes.
- Communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and academic staff to ensure seamless support and services.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
- Must be at least a sophomore by class standing at the University of Wyoming.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
