  • Experience with human resources information systems (HRIS).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, recruitment, and employee relations; capable of applying these strategies in compliance with employment laws.

  • Experience in data analysis to support strategic workforce planning.
