We are currently seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our esteemed client in Quincy, MA. As a valued member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's growth and success.
The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, benefits include:

Job Responsibilities:Key Accountabilities:
- Reporting directly to the Director of Estimating
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to develop comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure optimal pricing and resource availability.
- Participate in project planning, value engineering, and risk assessment to support successful project execution.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Estimator
- Experience estimating life science, healthcare, or academic projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools; experience with Procore or similar systems is a plus.
- Resides within commuting distance of Quincy, MA, and has familiarity with the Greater Boston construction market.
