Project Manager Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. This role will involve overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with experience in project management, land development, and construction. They will be responsible for developing construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents, as well as coordinating with clients and attending meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead teams of engineers in the development of construction projects
  • Oversight of land development projects, including commercial and residential sites
  • Management of technical and financial aspects of projects
  • Problem-solving and mentorship of junior engineers
  • Client communication and meeting coordination
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license, or willingness to obtain one within 6 months
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering and project management
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or HydroCAD
Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
