About the Role

As a Resident Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing personalized care and services to a consistent group of residents, including assisting with daily living activities, providing physical and emotional support, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Participate in the development of Personalized Service Plans, follow hydration schedules, complete meal attendance sheets, and ensure resident rights are respected.
  • Activities and Socialization: Initiate and assign activities, assist with daily tasks, and promote socialization among residents.
  • Environment Maintenance: Check resident rooms for cleanliness, maintain laundry facilities, and ensure common areas are tidy.
  • Communication: Respond promptly to security systems and resident call bells, and take appropriate action.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school education preferred, previous experience working with elders or disabled individuals is a plus.
  • Licensure and Certification: Must be at least 18 years old and possess any required certifications or licenses.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
