About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Medical Services Coordinator. In this critical role, you will provide personalized medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs, focusing on evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examining patients and ordering diagnostic tests to ensure comprehensive care
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and communicating effectively with caregivers and family members
  • Providing referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
Requirements
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Active state DEA licensure
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, with total earnings potential reaching $130,000+ based on performance.
