Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Care Agent to join our team in Hicksville, NY. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring that all client inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Provide product and service information to clients.
  • Update customer records and account information accurately.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements
