Document Management Coordinator

Catholic Health Service is seeking an experienced Document Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Physician Practice, you will be responsible for various clerical duties to ensure the smooth operation of our daily functions.
Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare patient charts for visits and maintain accurate records
• Contact insurance companies for referrals and authorizations
• Assist patients with various tasks and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or completion of a related specialty program preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Knowledge of medical terminology desirable
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this position is $18.12 per hour, with a range of $17.65 to $20.50 per hour based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
