Job Summary

A Patient Care Coordinator assists in the safe treatment and care of patients in accordance with established policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring patient safety and well-being
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to provide high-quality care
  • Documenting patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Nursing Assistant program or equivalent certification (CNA)
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of safety and infection control practices
  • Computer literacy and/or prior clerical experience
  • BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $24.40 - $30.50 per hour, based on factors such as qualifications, skills, and experience. In addition to competitive pay, Catholic Health offers:
