As an Automotive Sales Manager, you will be part of a team that strives to be the foremost provider of automotive sales and service, empowering staff to deliver memorable customer experiences.

This role involves assisting the department manager to lead and direct the Sales Staff, supervising and managing sales team activities, and enforcing our sales process. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of automobile sales management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced department.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000, inclusive of commission and bonuses. Additional benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee discounts, paid time off, and comprehensive employee recognition programs.
