Job Summary

We're seeking driven and compassionate sales professionals to join our team as Family Service Advisors. As a Family Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for building relationships with families, guiding them through the decision-making process, and delivering compelling presentations to showcase our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Develop trust with families, understand their needs, and provide compassionate support throughout the planning process.
  • Closing Sales: Deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our funeral and cemetery services, highlighting the value proposition and ensuring families feel confident in their decisions.
  • Making an Impact: Help families select memorial solutions that honor their loved ones while securing peace of mind, ensuring their legacy lives on.
  • Achieving Excellence: Drive sales success by consistently exceeding targets, representing our trusted brand, and upholding our commitment to excellence.
  • Growing Your Skills: Participate in training programs designed to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying at the forefront of the industry.

  • A valid driver's license and flexibility to work a rotating Monday-Saturday schedule.
