Job Summary

As a Regional Property Manager at Hines, you will play a key role in driving the success of our multifamily property management operations. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and experience in residential operations to oversee a portfolio of properties and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual budgets for assigned properties, ensuring attainment of budgeted goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership to community managers, overseeing their performance and development, and ensuring adequate staffing at each property.
  • Analyze market trends and develop market plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Ensure compliance with governing business documents and industry standards, and maintain a high level of physical appearance and upkeep at each property.
  • Coordinate vendor and contractor activities, and utilize property management software to complete required reports and documents.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Five or more years of supervisory experience in residential operations and two or more years of portfolio management experience.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM) preferred.
  • Demonstrates leadership and management skills, with strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
