Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Mktg House Ltd. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Answer inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner, providing clear and concise information to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and service requests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, using problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Document call details and customer interactions accurately in our system, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction, sharing best practices and ideas for continuous improvement.
- Meet individual and team performance goals and metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a drive for results.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with a high level of energy and a strong work ethic.
