Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process endorsements in a timely and professional manner.
- Policy Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of policyholder information, including policy details and payment history.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on TWFG Insurance products and services, including policy coverages and features.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Education: High school degree or equivalent required; P&C agent license preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years of insurance agency experience; commercial insurance experience a plus.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
