LendingClub Bank is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Training and Policy Manager to join our Enterprise and Operational Risk Management team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading enterprise risk and compliance training and policies and procedures programs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, oversee, and execute enterprise risk and compliance training program activities, including course content development, editing, testing, and maintenance.
- Configure dynamic enrollments, assignments, and course equivalencies, and maintain Jira tickets for course troubleshooting errors and modifications.
- Coordinate with internal training subject matter experts and external vendors to ensure high-quality training programs.
- Administer the Bank's policy administration tool, develop processes for employee access, and create reporting to ensure ongoing compliance with enterprise policy administration requirements.
- Assist with management MIS, management committee, and board committee reporting, and support regulatory and audit requests.
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, including fintech and regulated financial institutions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with LMS tools, including Cornerstone, and familiarity with course development tools and video editing software.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal skills to influence strategic initiatives at all organizational levels.
LendingClub Bank offers a hybrid schedule with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Local hours (PT, MT, ET) are required, and travel may be necessary for work-related purposes.
CompensationThe target base salary range for this position is $83,000-$125,000, with eligibility for a bonus, equity, and benefits. LendingClub Bank offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) match, health and wellness programs, and flexible time off policies.
