Job Description:

As a Senior Digital Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising in collaboration with vendors and agencies.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality, engaging content for digital campaigns.
  • Ensure content is optimized for SEO and aligned with brand messaging and guidelines and coordinate content platforms distribution.
  • Keep the website content current, relevant, and aligned with the organization's goals and branding.
  • Execute and optimize search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to inform future strategies.
  • Execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Create and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Analyze email performance metrics and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with focus on campaign management.
  • Proven track record of executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Bonus: Adobe Creative Suite and a Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
