Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Government Sales Manager to join our team at Grainger. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our government customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand Grainger's presence in the government market
* Build and maintain strong relationships with government customers, understanding their needs and preferences
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 8-10 years of sales experience in the government sector
* Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
