About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Appian Developer Specialist to join our team at Randstad Digital.

As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Appian technology to drive business growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers on the latest development techniques and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement architectural guardrails that ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Work closely with product owners to prioritize and deliver high-quality features and fixes.
  • Dynamically pair with other team members to tackle complex technical challenges.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including product owners and business partners.

Requirements

  • Expert-level knowledge of Appian technology and its ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.
