Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full-cycle onboarding process for newly hired employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the organization. This includes coordinating with hiring managers and supervisors, completing I-9 documentation, and maintaining employee personnel files.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including coordinating with hiring managers and supervisors.
  • Complete I-9 documentation and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain employee personnel files, including updating the UKG system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to agency employees, applicants, and external parties.
  • Collaborate with the training team to enroll new hires in New Employee Orientation.
  • Communicate with new hires to provide guidance and answer questions during onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new hires, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree + 1 year of applicable work experience OR Associate's degree or equivalent + 2 years of applicable work experience OR High school diploma/GED + 3 years of applicable work experience.
  • At least one year of administrative support experience beyond the minimum requirement.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies' insurance policy.
  • Proof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination.
