Position Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding journey for new hires and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the pre-employment phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process, from the acceptance of an offer to the new employee's initial weeks at the organization.
  • Oversee the background verification process, ensuring timely communication with candidates while coordinating with various internal teams.
  • Provide adaptable support across the HR Solutions team to balance workloads and offer backup for other HR activities.
  • Possess a solid understanding of HR technology and data structures, along with the implications of transaction processing.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and training materials for the onboarding team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain productivity and quality levels in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related analytical field, or a combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding all employee information.
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and accuracy.
  • Data-driven mindset with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Compensation:
$25.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours:
