As an Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding journey for new hires and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the pre-employment phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process, from the acceptance of an offer to the new employee's initial weeks at the organization.
- Oversee the background verification process, ensuring timely communication with candidates while coordinating with various internal teams.
- Provide adaptable support across the HR Solutions team to balance workloads and offer backup for other HR activities.
- Possess a solid understanding of HR technology and data structures, along with the implications of transaction processing.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and training materials for the onboarding team and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain productivity and quality levels in accordance with departmental standards.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related analytical field, or a combination of education and experience.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality regarding all employee information.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, etc.) is required.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on execution and accuracy.
- Data-driven mindset with demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Full-time, Contract
Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
Expected Work Hours:
40 hours per week
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Daytime hours

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding is required.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as PeopleSoft, Taleo, or ServiceNow is essential.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
