Key Responsibilities:
- Adopt a proactive and systematic approach to achieve call objectives, ensuring clear next steps and thorough documentation while prioritizing customer-centric strategies.
- Quickly adapt to new engagement tools and utilize analytics to derive insights and formulate next best action plans.
- Continuously develop and refine business strategies to target various customer segments and opportunities within the designated territory.
- Forge and nurture new connections while effectively managing existing relationships with key stakeholders and opinion leaders across a diverse customer base.
- Facilitate education and awareness of our products among key stakeholders throughout the territory, encompassing both public and private sectors.
- Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships with major clients to inform healthcare professionals about our offerings and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and account management.
- Preferred experience in COVID, EUA, and Urgent Care sectors.
- Proven track record in managing large regional to national accounts.
- Ability to navigate approval processes and account protocols while building relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience in supporting the Buy & Bill Process, including Contracting and Rebating.
- Proficient in developing and executing strategic account business plans.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong relationships while promoting education and awareness in a compliant manner.
