Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team at Quick Quack Car Wash. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of car wash professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Leader in developing and implementing business strategies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team of car wash professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Assist with hiring, training, and development of new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and customer service standards.
Requirements
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including weekends and holidays, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
