Hiring Overview
VERUS CLAIMS SERVICES LLC is seeking a highly skilled HR Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Human Resources department and providing critical administrative support to the HR Manager and management team.
About the Role
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll management, and other HR-related tasks.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
    • Post job openings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews.
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and maintain accurate recruitment records.
  • Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
    • Coordinate orientation sessions and onboarding tasks across relevant departments.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Manage open enrollment processes.
    • Facilitate new hire benefits orientation and enrollments.
  • Payroll and HRIS Management:
    • Process payroll and personnel changes.
    • Maintain bi-weekly payroll accuracy.

Requirements:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of HR experience; five (5)+ years preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is advantageous.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
This salary range is based on national averages for similar positions and takes into account factors such as location, industry, experience level, and education.
