We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team in Princeton, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, documenting adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs), and handling various aspects of clinical trials.

Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry for clinical trials with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adverse Event Documentation: Document AEs and SAEs promptly and accurately in electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
  • Clinical Trial Protocols: Read and understand clinical trial protocols to ensure compliance and accurate data entry.
  • Monitor Visits: Handle monitor visits and follow up as necessary to ensure smooth trial operations.
  • IVRS Kits: Create IVRS kits for nurses to facilitate patient screening and recruitment.
Essential Skills
  • Data Entry Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry with experience in EDC systems such as Inform and MediData Rave.
  • Electronic Data Capture Systems: Experience with EDC systems and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Clinical Trial Process: Understanding of the clinical trial process at the site level and familiarity with IVRS.
  • CITI Training: CITI training certification is required for this position.
Additional Requirements
  • Nursing Experience: 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Clinical Research Coordination: Experience with clinical research coordination and regulatory knowledge.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of IRB processes and experience with Epic and adverse event reporting.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $42.50 per hour. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness and accident insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
