Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping.
  • Transaction Processing: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to FedEx Office standards and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6+ months of specialized experience in retail customer service or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires standing for extended periods, moving and lifting up to 55 pounds, and working in a fast-paced retail environment.
