Advanced Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at LanceSoft, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, optimizing production workflows, and ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement fabrication processes to meet production demands.
  • Design and develop tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and aviation-related specifications.
  • Create manufacturing work instructions and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Identify failure modes and determine Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
