Job Overview

Rittal LLC is seeking a skilled Assembly and Inspection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with assembly teams to improve the assembly process and achieve optimal quality.
  • Conduct final and in-process inspections in the assembly area and provide feedback to assemblers.
  • Interpret drawings and article text to ensure products conform to specifications.
  • Develop and maintain inspector status through annual reviews and exams.
  • Inspect major product families, including small enclosures, large enclosures, and OEMs.
  • Ensure accurate use of check sheets and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the success of our RPS teams.
  • Perform inspection duties in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Problem-solving ability and experience with hand-held gauges and measuring equipment.
  • Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Inspection and assembly experience preferred.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a warehouse and manufacturing environment, with exposure to various temperatures and dust.
