- Help in creating and sustaining a comprehensive database of LGBTQ+ resources at local, state, and national levels.
- Verify and finalize the vetting process for resources.
- Support LGBTQ+ social gatherings as required.
- Contribute to the formulation of strategies for LGBTQ+ outreach events.
- Safeguard confidential information pertaining to participants of LGBTQ+ social groups.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Complete the volunteer application process, which includes:
- Participating in an interview with the Volunteer Programs Staff and Program Director.
- Passing a CORI background check.
- Attending a General Agency Volunteer Orientation.
- Possess basic computer and technology skills, including familiarity with web browsers, email applications, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Skype.
- Exhibit strong communication skills and maintain them consistently.
