Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

As the Talent Acquisition Manager for Sales Recruiting, you will play a vital role in driving strategic recruitment initiatives for our Award-Winning Sales Organization across the United States and Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate a high-performing recruitment team that embodies UniFirst's commitment to excellence and our status as an employer of choice.
  • Inspire and mentor our internal recruiting team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Oversee team dynamics, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities to team members.
  • Lead with a focus on customer satisfaction, integrity, strategic agility, and a holistic enterprise mindset.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for all Sales Recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and continuous process enhancements.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives related to sales recruiting as necessary.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Sales Leadership, hiring managers, and key stakeholders, ensuring a consultative approach that addresses diverse recruitment needs across various markets.
  • Oversee the effective use of our Application Tracking System (ATS) and additional hiring platforms.
  • Provide weekly progress reports to the C-Suite and Executive Leadership teams, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Leverage data analytics to assess and refine current hiring processes, delivering actionable insights to leadership and hiring teams.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5-7+ years in full-cycle recruiting and/or sales experience, with 3-5+ years in a leadership capacity demonstrating a track record of driving results through mentorship and team development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (Taleo preferred) and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).
  • Tools Mastery: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Additional Qualifications: Ability to work a hybrid schedule, with on-site presence 2-3 days per week. Willingness to travel as needed, up to 20%. Proven experience in collaborating with and influencing senior leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated capability to drive results through effective coaching and mentorship. Strong analytical, project management, and reporting skills.
