We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Willow ABA Services. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for supervising and leading Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in providing high-quality ABA services to clients with autism spectrum disorder.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, current BCBA certification, and experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting. You will be responsible for developing and implementing client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming, as well as providing ongoing supervision and training to RBTs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer match. Responsibilities- Develop and implement client skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction programming
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to RBTs
- Conduct thorough medical documentation audits for all clients regularly
- Attend client team meetings as necessary or as requested
- Participate in the presentation of client progress
- Act as an active training member for directors
- Ensure that all staff members demonstrate proficiency in implementing ABA programming
- Provide ongoing supervision of one-to-one direct ABA treatment programming
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting
- Ability to provide supervision for staff in school to become a BCBA
- Strong leadership skills, thorough and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills
- Participates in individual continuing education and professional development
