Internet Sales Consultant - Automotive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet-focused sales professional to join our team at Boggus Tipton Motors. As an Internet Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our e-commerce platform, responding to sales leads and information requests generated through our website, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop client prospecting files and maintain accurate records
  • Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability to clients
  • Meet and greet prospects by appointment to build relationships and close sales
  • Receive credit applications and ensure timely processing
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications to provide expert knowledge to clients
  • Understand and implement our dealership's sales process to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, sales performance, and adherence to dealership standards
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is a must
