Job Title: Internet Sales Representative

Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career in the automotive industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internet Sales Representative to join our team at Boggus Tipton Motors.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to all Internet leads, including referral services and website inquiries.
  • Develop client prospecting files upon lead receipt and maintain accurate records.
  • Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability to customers.
  • Meet and greet prospects by appointment and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Receive credit applications, both manual and online, and ensure timely processing.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications to provide expert knowledge to customers.
  • Understand and implement our dealership's sales process to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, sales performance, and monthly unit sales.
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software is required.
