About the Role

iHeartMedia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the Tier 2 and 3 Automotive market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and developing persuasive proposals to meet their evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive revenue growth and meet established sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to continually prospect new account leads.
  • Negotiate rates and ensure prompt payments from clients.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline lists, forecasts, and competitive analysis.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry, with a strong track record of success in Tier 2 and 3 Automotive.
  • Experience working with advertising agencies, both within and outside of the automotive space.
  • Strong understanding of 3rd party marketing platforms and digital media sales.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and competitive personality with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to plan and organize, set priorities, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stress tolerance, especially in situations with tight deadlines and financial pressures.
  • Digital media sales experience and Salesforce proficiency are a plus.
