Job Title: Outside Sales Account Executive, Mid Atlantic

Xplor Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team in the Mid Atlantic region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools, including CRM systems
