Key Responsibilities of the Implementation Project Manager include:

  • Executing precise data collection tasks during project implementations
  • Facilitating successful operational rollouts
  • Ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the implementation processes as outlined in the DXP SCS timeline
  • Organizing storage areas, labeling, data collection, and parts validation in accordance with SMART guidelines
  • Leading kick-off and weekly status meetings with client stakeholders
  • Conducting interviews and recommending candidates to the General Manager
  • Training and certifying newly hired personnel in P21
  • Ensuring effective communication across all levels

Qualifications for the Implementation Project Manager:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while adhering to project deadlines
  • Directing and managing team members to achieve project objectives

Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
