Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, direct, and coordinate project initiatives.
  • Ensure timely project delivery while meeting quality standards.

Execution Strategy:

  • Analyze project plans to organize and coordinate project tasks.
  • Manage client project engagements to guarantee on-time delivery and adherence to quality benchmarks.
  • Identify and address gaps in departmental processes.
  • Collaborate with business units and vendors to foster cooperation and resolve issues.
  • Provide mentorship, support, and direction to team members.

Essential Qualifications:

Fundamentals:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 2 years of experience in project management or a related field.
  • More than 4 years of experience in the payments sector or a related area.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position typically falls between $75,500.00 and $127,000.00. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package. Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the compensation for this role.
