Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is in search of a skilled professional for the role of Salesforce Project Manager. This position entails overseeing the entire development life cycle, transforming business needs into effective software systems, services, and solutions. This dynamic role involves collaboration with Capgemini's elite teams to support our government clientele.
The ideal candidate will have the chance to enhance their expertise while working with a driven and innovative team, engaging with a diverse array of stakeholders, and strengthening CGS capabilities through client service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Project Manager, your duties will include:

  • Overseeing intricate development projects to ensure timely, budget-friendly delivery that meets client specifications.
  • Taking the lead in ensuring on-time delivery in a consulting environment with multiple product owners across various organizations.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills and innovative problem-solving abilities.
  • Collaborating with team solution and technical architects to identify and propose effective solutions, integration points, and implementation architecture for business enhancements, scalability, and performance.
  • Assessing potential application performance issues early in the implementation phase and recommending corrective actions.
  • Supervising administrators, developers, and functional analysts to ensure that requirements are fulfilled and projects are completed within scope and with exceptional quality.
  • Identifying detailed business requirements to facilitate implementation within the framework of prioritized enhancements and projects.
  • Working with team members to create comprehensive training materials and change management resources as needed for each initiative, and delivering training to super users and end users.
  • Collaborating with technical experts to ensure that the technical design aligns with overall business objectives.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience managing Agile teams delivering Salesforce Service Cloud and Communities applications.
  • Proficient in utilizing tools and methodologies for efficient management of product releases, sprints, and development cycles.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Git, JIRA, Salesforce, or Microsoft Project for planning, executing, and measuring projects.
  • Experience in overseeing a Salesforce development or administration team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface across all levels and business units.
  • Capability to lead enterprise engagements, facilitate meetings, and manage customer support projects.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills/Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working collaboratively with developers, clients, business analysts, Solution Architects, and Release Managers.
