Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers in a friendly manner
  • Gather detailed information about the customer and their vehicle
  • Accurately document all vehicle issues as reported by the customer
  • Advise on maintenance based on the vehicle's age, mileage, and service history
  • Prepare precise and thorough cost estimates for labor and parts
  • Set follow-up appointments
  • Track the status of each vehicle throughout the day and keep customers informed
  • Ensure the final invoice matches the services rendered
  • Communicate all completed services and associated costs to customers

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated history of delivering outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience in a service advisor role, assistant lane manager, or service consultant position
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic personality

  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Proficient in computer applications and eager to learn new software
  • Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a plus
