Customer Service Representative

At Golden Corral, we are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional guest experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating lasting impressions on our guests, from the moment they enter to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and offer a personal invitation to return.
  • Offer assistance to guests who need help, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Process GC On the Go To-Go orders with accuracy and speed.
  • Provide friendly and courteous service on the phone.
  • Handle payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Stay up-to-date on position responsibilities and just-in-time delivery.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of our menu and prices.

Cleanliness:

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas.
  • Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct.
  • Clean all buffets and surrounding areas.
  • Follow local health department laws.
  • Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.

Operational Excellence:

  • Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery.
  • Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork.
