Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Walmart, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive shopping experience. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, and your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, answering questions and providing product information.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements
