We understand that our drivers are the backbone of our operations. We are committed to supporting our CDL-A truck operators by providing top-tier compensation for mileage, holidays, and more, along with exceptional equipment.

Compensation Structure
The longer you drive, the more you earn:
10 days out - average $1,500 per week
14 days out - average $1,700 per week

1 Day Orientation
Annual $.01 cpm increase
Per diem pay program at $0.08 per diem with no administrative fees
7 Paid Holidays at $150.00 per day

Accessorial Pay:
$150 Breakdown Pay
$20 per hour Detention Pay
Up to $150.00 Layover Pay

Bonuses for Clean DOT Inspections
Additional monthly incentives on top of base pay

Home Time Options
Multiple Choices:
10 days out – home for 60-hour restart
14 days out – home for 72-hour restart

CDL-A Truck Driver Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid CDL-A
Minimum of 6 months over-the-road experience
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 3 years
Ability to perform physical tasks throughout each shift
Must meet all medical/DOT requirements
