Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals or prepare for delivery, using correct portioning and meeting outlined standards.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, refrigerators, and storerooms, ensuring a safe and clean work environment.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
