Job Summary

This is a mobile mammography unit that services Wayne, Macomb, and southeastern Oakland county. The technologist will provide mammography imaging services, operate equipment, and perform various mammography-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mammography images
  • Operate equipment and perform procedures
  • Prepare and position patients
  • Explain procedures and educate patients
  • Develop and evaluate film for technical quality
  • Follow radiation safety procedures
  • Ensure prompt submission of high-quality images and documents
Requirements
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
  • Associate's degree/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience
  • ARRT registered in radiology and mammography certification preferred
  • CDL required within one year of hire
